Consumer Submissions of Human Trafficking

Should you as a consumer be a victim of human trafficking and need to submit information to Vetty regarding human trafficking, please do so by emailing support@vetty.co (24/7) and/or calling our support phone number at 1-855-468-3889 (Hours: 8:30 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday-Friday). Our support team can assist in gathering the required information that is mentioned below:

o Information you must provide:

  • Proof of Identity. Examples:
    • a copy of a driver’s license or another government-issued identification card;
    • a copy of a utility bill, bank statement, or insurance statement; or
    • confirmation questions a victim of trafficking could easily answer to prove their identity.

o Victim Determination: Documentation of a determination that you are/were a victim of trafficking by: 

  1. a federal, state or tribal government agency; 
  2. a court of competent jurisdiction; 
  3. a non-governmental organization or human trafficking task force, including victim service providers affiliated with these entities, authorized by a federal, state or tribal government agency; or    
  4. a self-attestation by you that is signed or certified by the above entities.
              

o Identified Adverse Items of Information: Documents that identify items of adverse information that should not be furnished in a consumer report because the items resulted from trafficking (e.g., records of payment delinquencies or defaults, coerced debt, criminal arrests and convictions, evictions or non- payment of rent).

o Your Preferred Method of Contact (Email, Phone, Mail) and Contact Details (Email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.)
